After graduating from the University of Melbourne, Dr Darling underwent his general pathology training at various teaching hospitals in Melbourne. Dr Darling joined Melbourne Pathology in 1999 and works predominantly in the area of histopathology. He specialises in gastroenterology, skin pathology and urological pathology with special interest in prostate cancer diagnosis, bladder cancer and lymphomas. Dr Darling was awarded associate membership of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2006.
